@carveriscool Not on a public highway. If there are selectives on private ground then yes as you need the land owners permission to be on there, but even then they are timed to an average speed of 30mph.

@DanJohnson91 Morswyn Williams Road Rally Dan about 2006, I was watching on the slot hairpin right off the main road. Brilliant video though.

who ever is saying the stages are closed off doesnt know what a road rally is. all open to public roads timed at 30mph
