  • THis is probably one of the most enjoyable parkour videos i have ever seen. The combination of beautiful locations, alot of "clean parkour" and some awesome flips, and ofcourse some awesome filming / editing. I wonder how you made all those clips where the camera followed you very smooth. Like it was on wheels or something?

    Awesome video, and i would love to see more stuff from you guys!

    Not it's not. Just depends on how you train and if you warm up enough and do the correct kind of warm up.
