LA VIDEO DU JOUR UN RAGOUT DE BŒUF BOURGUIGNON AU ACOLA
Un plat original par cette fameuse boisson qui est le cola, on pourrait dire un bœuf au caramel, mais parfumé par des épices comme la cannelle et la muscade. Agrémenté de pommes granit (pour l acidité) et d oignons, et pour couronner le tout ce flambage au brandit. Un vrai régal. Hum
Enfin pour éviter que la sauce soit trop sucrée, remplacer le cola classique par un cola light sans sucre et le tour est joué.
Alors bonne découverte sur mon blog et pour cette recette innovante. Cédric.

    pour flamber, il faut pas trop de jus en fond de marmitte , mais aussi avoir un alcool assez fort en taux d alcool.

    aussi oui on peut rajouter des carottes et champignons, c est vous qui faite la recette et moi je vous ai simplement donné la base et a vous de le faire a votre façon, aller bon appetit

  • It looks yummy but I didn't understand what the last brown powder was that you put in...and also the last liquid. Was it beef stock powder? I don't speak French but I understood most everything else.

  • hello c powder is a brown background and the related liquid I added c is simply the water for too cola and c is too sweet caramelized see, therefore the water
