Have you tried E-cigs ?? I have been smoke free for almost 2 years after smoking for 20 years I just recently got into snus and the ecigs take care of the hand to mouth and blowing smoke aspect and the snus just gives me the nicotine and a great taste

Great video man, Very inspirational. I agree with you with the adjustment. One of the biggest problem for me when trying to quit smoking. smoking is not just chemical, It is also visual and physical. The act of smoking for me is also addictive. The feeling of the smoke, the site of the smoke, the feeling and the action. Sometimes I feel like using snus is a little boring. Its all about the nicotine and thats it. There is no real physical pleasure or action. U put a snus in and leave it
