Bushido Blade 2-Jo Kotomura (Part1)

She is proficient in acrobatics (around which most of her unique strikes circuit) and the use of light weapons, mainly the long sword. Can back-up sheathe both the katana and the sword. Her sidearm is a sai with a fast follow-up attack after the throw. Very fast and agile with small trade-off in power. Very lightweight.

I was a big fan of bushido blade 2 too.

I had the japanese version of the game, and there you could do jo's counter by pressing back and x at the same time when you are attacked by an opponent. But timing is essential.

Please, let me know if it works, I didn't play this game for many years, and my memory could be cheating on me.

And, maybe you are aware of this, but you can also perform "throws" with any character with at least one weapon, just press back and x when you are close to the enemy.

Yeah I know about throwing dirt and weapons, what I mean is Jo has a unique move where she takes out her sai and blocks the enemies blade with it, and slashes them with her own sword as a counter.

I've never seen it more than once.

Had to press r2 (or whatever crouch is) and press x or square...one throws sand/water the other throws your sub-weapon

How exactly do you do Jo's counter wih the sai? I remember thefirst night I had this game I plyed it with my dad and he did the move, we could never do it again!
