Ness Sector Z PK Thunder Glitch

Call it a glitch or what you may. Some friends and I personally came across this while attempting to send Ness from one end of Great Fox to the other end.

In this video a Gameshark code for infinite jumps is used to demonstrate the glitch, which is to say that using Gameshark isn't necessary, but was only used to record this video.

Sound and music replaced with the Training music. There are two different views of the glitch in this video.

Everything I know about this glitch is from what you can see in the video. Sending Ness across under the Great Fox was successful, too.

It's also possible with Pikachu's Agility/Quick Attack (Up + B). I did it near the tailfin once and ended up just past the nose... only to drift down into oblivion. -.- Haven't been able to replicate it since.
