Im not sure you can claim the Picts are Germanic as no one knows where they came from. As for Celtic supporters.....not all of them are celtic. No all of them are Scots or irish.

Still not Celts they are Picts a Germanic race, a minority are probably from the Celtic race.

Now we have the Glasgow Irish the Celtic FC supporters they are Celts in Scotland.
