In my language the song name says, 'fu-tei-waga-fumei-...?' (i forget) but like 'not sure i'm not light__?' how you say the name in Chinese (Mandarin is little easier to me)

Cui Jian is a great poet. His lyrics cut to the heart of many fellow Chinese who has lived through the same era.

I am starting to see he is heavily influenced by David Byrne. This song seems like it is actually written by the Heads or Tom Tom Club - is it? The guitar is almost identical.
