I worked for the federal goverment for 23 years and lost my job. I was due for retirement and my manager discriminated against me and terminated me. I had to fight for unemployment and won. I filed a wrongful termination lawsuit but that will be dismissed next month because the federal goverment is allowed to discriminate against its employees and you can't do nothing about it. I have all the evidence to win my case but I have no case because I cannot sue for wrongful termination. This is nuts.

Affirmative Action is Racist. It takes human right away from whites. The best man for the job should get the job. unemployment among American blacks is going to go even higher if that happens. Look up Reverse Discrimination Ruling on youtube.com Currently in NYC they are lowering the standards on FDNY exams to benifit blacks that couldn't pass written exam, black group saying racist exam when nothing was racist about it now placing public in harms way..

lol..it's not lack of education. Who are you refering too? You speak of all these unemployed blacks as though we are a bunch of illiterates that just got out of slavery. Most of these unemployed blacks have degrees. The companies are purging blacks off payrolls to save white jobs. Blacks in this country are highly educated and not all in the penal system. Degrees won't save you from white racism.

You are right. It's not about race.
It's about what the American Government is doing to all of America. Some places are just worst than others. A lot of jobs are taken by illegal immigrants because they would except lower wages than the average American. Many blacks have came out against this as well.
I also agree on the statistics/facts you said in your video on education/penal system. :)
