Ace, Top-Notch, First-Rate, Excellent, Fantabulous, Splendid, Glorius, Magnificient, Splendiferous, Brilliant, Resplendent, Superb.... Gosh, I can run out of adjectives and still not be able to describe this voice of Melinda Doolittle... The best ever singer to have graduated from AI.... EVER !!!! PERIOD !!!!

i've always hated that song, and never had an interest in hearing it before. but i gotta admit that melinda did a great job with it! and as randy jackson probably has said before. she can sing the phonebook and it will still sound really good.

Actually, Melinda was pretty much an "unknown" before Idol as well. :-) So we're not judging based on her fame.

This actually SOUNDS like something that Melinda would ENJOY doing. From what I have seen and heard, faith is SUCH a huge part of her life. It'd be great if Melinda would consider recording a gospel album of classic hymns, but I'll buy ANYTHING that she sings.

she should do this kind of performance for AI. NO ONE can match her voice. a cappella done by melinda? wow. amazing.
