  • You know i first bought a few of these comics when i was 13 and now 26 i found myself reading them the other day and enjoyed them. I was always looking for a Hulk comic that kind of captured the story of the tv show starring the late great bill bixby and lou ferrigno and i felt these was the closest i got since it was the Hulks early days in these comics and he was wondering around lost and confused.

  • @spanglehoff Yeah I think these comics captured the feel of the show really well :) Thanks for watching.

  • Cool video. Before this mini-series there was a magazine called the Rampaging Hulk in the mid-1970s. The magazine had stories taking place in the early 1960s. I wrote a review of a collection of the magazine. To read the review do a Google search for ''squidoo rampaging hulk''

  • @goldenrulecomics Thanks and I really enjoyed your story on this . Great job :)

  • Great review Leo, I have these books and I llove em. This is actually my Fav depiction of the Hulk second only to Grey Hulk when McFarlane drew him!

  • @lawnboyspost1975 Cheers Dav!! Good to hear from someone who had also read them! Man, gotta get the mcfarlane run on hulk!!

  • @ComicToyReviews Reading these books as a whole I see your point they do seem directionless. I do enjoy the cartoon feel of these though.. and enjoyed reading them but its nothing you aint seen b4 making it perfect for newbies. Thanks!!

  • @DavidLeeT Good luck finding them and thanks :) Yeah me too much prefer green over grey although grey cool too :) This is not so well known so i thought it would make for a cool vid!

  • @maddwoba I had that feeling so thats why I decided to show this series off! Thanks for watching!

  • Cool review, but I didn't like the Hulk era back then. I didn't think the Hulk books, all of them had a direction. The artists and writers kept changing. And the great artists had left Marvel and Marvel was still recovering trying to get the quality artists again.
