thanks for the invite!, I would like to know what the movie strip indicates...I'm kind of confused about what the movie strip represents...is it a series of situations or is it just a movie strip?...sorry if I come off confusing, but I am having trouble getting over that hurdle...ahaha

Great video! I did it with fear of talking to women say out at bars, and it worked. Now the question is, will this hold when I'm actually out at a bar? :)

I've watched some of your videos in the past & you have some great techniques, i just tried the one in this video & i can report that for me it has reduced feelings of fear & anxiety.

@ilissabanhazlmft dam same had the same effect but my situation was a sport injury ive had caused in a game that kinda mentally scared me and now when i play it takes me a very long time to get into it because of it possibly happening again.

Interesting how you said burning sensation in stomach is caused by someone blaming you for something you have done, or you blaming yourself,feeling guilty. That is true.
Some people can feel negative energy coming from another person,like a blame or jealousy.
You just have to accept it , what happened had to happen and past cannot be changed, otherwise you keep felling sick.

I have the found this vid much better presented. Aesthetically and practically speaking.
What I would suggest is an improvement on the audio recording. Your voice is very low and the background noise does interfere. You could use a mic on you. Just a humble suggestion.

Hi. I'm a psychotherapist and i always looks for new ways to reduce fear and anxiety. Unfortunately, I tried the movie exercise and when I finished it my anxiety was worse! lol I never want to get back on that plane now that i know that it crashes. The thought of going back on the plane gave me an anxious feeling in my gut. What do you think?
