kidnapping is a federal offense....once krystle states that she was the victim of a kidnapping the FBI auto take over...sammy jo would have been toast....weather krystle pressed charges or not she would have still been arrested the crime speaks for its-self....more horrible writing.

Because despite of it all Alexis was always in love with Blake. It was one thing for her to hurt him, but she turned into a tigress to defend him from someone else. That's how some human nature is.
