My buddy is actually part of this this squad. He was not there but was told what happened. And he said anytime there is a video camera they have to have back up so for any reason guys like this try to use the video to "frame" the cops there are witnesses to back up the account of what happened. And Yes you can pull over a electric bike. Once you put a motor (electric or gas) it is now a motor vehicle. Get a life the cops are not out to get you. Don't break the law and you will have no problems.
