Women Fly Heli's too! Schluter Futura 60

This was a wonderful machine I owned in the late 90's with an O.S. 61H w/pump. I wish I had it now to convert to electric. This was about 7 months after my first helicopter flight with a Kalt Baron .60 that I sold. The unique powertrain in the Futura featured a drive-belt directly from the clutch to a sprocket, which drove the main pinion gear. This also generated a unique sound that was recognizable from all other helis.

Hi, I've sane model with 61 angine but with standard configuration I've a max of 1500 rpm headspeed. Looking tour video seems you rotor speedway is faste, as I would like. Have you changed any pinzino or something to' ave higher headspeed?

I have 2 Kalt Whispers from the early 1990's; they've been well preserved and look brand new. I'm thinking of asking my neice to videotape my flights once she has the time.

hi there...i own the same machine,unfortunely got down last year but i´m rebuilding it.think it will be complete next saison.

schlueter made the most progress in rc-heli´s ever(and was the first who brought em in the air).not to speak about the design.
