  • After the water is out of the bag, it is best to remove the nozzle and hold your sphincter muscle tight to keep the water in.

  • should I add sea salt to this water? Isnt plain water dangerous if too much is absorbed??

  • @dreamingcode I suppose you can use sea salt but I just use plain water. You don't have to worry about it being absorbed so much in your body, most of the water comes back out. So you don't have to use normal saline, which is water with salt, like you get in an IV or when the Nurse cleans your wound.

  • How long do you leave the enema in,,until all the water is gone,or less?

  • @bbbhhgg

I recomend to put 1/2 the bag in and hold it for 20 minutes, if you can. Expell the feces, then repeat.

  • Fortunately there are people who can still talk intelligently and share information about important subjects like enemas without being dissuaded by homophobes. It's no wonder women think guys are stupid...they're right.

Thanks for the response. Is the enema as effective as colonic hydrotherapy in your opinion? The prices seem a bit steep for the colonic
