Some four hundred years ago the church tried desperately to keep up the dogma that the sun was revolving around the earth. Why? Because they were afraid that people would loose their faith in god.

Denying one of god's greatest creations: the evolution of life is sheer blasphemy.

The bible, in contrast was censored and brought into its final form by a roman emperor. That's why it is all about blind obedience (to god and the ruling class) and punishment. It's all man made!
