Made me cry to see the BOG in its glory! I'm so proud to say I was in that music program. Hope Bob Cotter knows what a difference he made in so many lives.

Can,t say how deeply toucht i waswhen seeing this images after so many years. Largo band of gold you where my inspiration. I really do hope you all get well at the moment. for me your show at the Kerkrade stadium was unforgettable. the first prize was seriously deserved. thank you. thank you!!!

Yes WE worked our tushes off for Mr. C - but remember the Pride and what he was able to pull from our hearts? Remember when our gates opened out to the stands in Valdosta to the swells of Jr's arrangement of Battle Hymn?... The crowd rose to their feet in one synchronized motion....That moment was both profound and precious...my skin still erupts in goosebumps.

Gibder1117 I really would love to know how long it's been since you've been to one of our shows. Speaking as a current band of gold '10 member I think you should reconsider your words. We are NOT a knock off in any way shape or form, we've got an excellent director who teaches us very well. Thank you very much.

Sadly enough due to budget cuts through the years this band has been reduced down to nothing more than a Salvation Army knock off band. Class of 72 They were the Best!!!!
