  • @PantelisCo Και πάλι εγώ πιστεύω περισσότερη δραστηριότητα και λιγότερο το bodybuilding είναι καλό για την υγεία... Εφόσον για να γίνεις έτσι όπως είναι ο μικρός πρέπει να έχει πάρει full τα συμπληρώματα. Αν το αφήσει για αργότερα δεν θα πάθει και τίποτα.
