This will require a little knowledge of basic electronics and use of ohms law.

If you use a power transistor to control the 4 channels of a basic RC, you wont have to worry about overheating/overvolting. Just wire the original negative motor power supply lead to the base of an NPN power transistor, the positive motor power supply lead to ground, and use a high voltage Li Po or Lithium Ion battery and a high voltage motor in a loop but making the loop also have to pass through the collector and out of the collector.

Hi did you still use the same stock motor and wired the ESC end to the motor?
Your video is so cool, im actually trying to modify my Newbright RC truck, so easy to disassemble and theres tons of space to put the things that you put in your rc car.
