Crow Creek and WB Properties which run crow creek are scam artist. If the Real Estate Commission ever checks their Trust Account they will be fried.
Please to all my friends in Maryland, Don't deal with these crooks at Crow Creek in Calabash.
Their board in which decides the special assessments consist of only 2 people.
