xbox 360 controllers with hard wire will work on any fairly new pc just bought one at best buy 40$ driving games so much better with controller.

no you don't suck, It's just that I noticed when I play racing games on my PC I have the same problem that you were having. I get a lot of tire smoke and lose traction because the keys aren't analog. Play with a controller and it's better. Play with a wheel and it disappears
