My friend Tagg32 told me that Defil3d was training at the Bandits where he was training, so I thought I'd go check it out!! I recorded it and decided to make it into a Strength training guide that you see right here. It isn't in depth, but it tells you the two best steps to train Strength. Bandits and Ankous. It gives details about experience per hour and profits made. The title and artist of the song is stated at the end of the video.
