Laverne follows a man off of the bus and discovers that he is a mortician. To make sure that he doesn't know she followed him there, she tells him that Shirley is dying and that she needs to plan her funeral.
@sneezyize Also the second part of the two-parter episodes, "Cruise" (originally entitled "An Affair To Forget" until a season 7 episode also got that title) and "The Slow Child" from season 3 would be greatly appreicated. (I always thought "The Slow Child" episode should have gotten this show an Emmy, but it didn't, which always pissed me off.)
Thank you for posting these episodes. Could you upload on youtube the following season 3 L&S episodes: "Tag Team Wrestling AKA In This Corner", "The Pact", "The Stakeout" & "New Year's Eve 1959"?
@Smartboy8877 Haha! I wasn't born either, but I'm a classic film junkie. You should really check Betty Garrett's movies out - "On the Town" is fantastic, if you're looking for a place to start! I think there are some clips of it on here somewhere. =)
I did not know that she had ever been in any musicals! Probably because I was not born until after it happened! In any event, thank you for the information!
@thesethingz "On the Town" and "Take Me Out to the Ball Game" are good ones - she's with Frank Sinatra and Gene Kelly in those. =) I know that she also did a movie called "Neptune's Daughter," but I'm not sure if she dances in that one. She does sing in that one, though. =)
"...a real live cadavar"?!? That's like a cemetery being where dead people live. :-)
