Whats the point as a collector in having this, unless youre a fan of reyn owehands' music?
Its just LN2, I got a demo of LNremix and it gave you the fire level from LN3... wtf! Surely should be a remix of all 3 last ninjas.

Well, since this version was released on cartridge, I think it's well worth having in your collection if you're a LN fan :)

Fair enough, but the c64 already had the cart slot in the first place, so the c64 consol was just a new-age bit of hype.

But the idea was to use it in the C64 cartridge slot on a regular C64 :)
I don't think there were cartridge versions of any other LN games.. I believe a cartridge version of LN3 was planned (which would've been awesome) but I don't think it was ever released.
