The thing is that it is very much so blacked out here. It's a disgrace that they don't have more coverage on this.
And guess what? I went around my own town asking others if they heard what Obama had done and the NDAA. They don't know shit about it. This is madness. We should be outraged over this and we're not.
The ones that are outraged are blacked out currently.
I personally am upset that people aren't taking this more seriously.

One thing that people get wrong... The USA isn't a democracy... It's a Republic, where government holds the power... Much like Rome used to be. More people need to get their heads out of their rear ends and realize that Ron Paul is good for the country

Ron Paul is my hero. And I am shocked and let down that Obama signed this crap.

@awibs57 At this point. What can be more important issues. He is the only one that is fighting to give us back our amendment rights that were stolen from us in secret while most of this country had no clue at all. He has been speaking up the whole time, letting America know whats going on. Everything he has been saying for so many years has come to pass, but most people dont want to know the truth. It's easier to go to work, do facebook, american idol, etc. Not that we shouldn't do things but,,

Ok, how did this even get signed into law to begin with?

I really don't want to be a Ron Paul fan because of a number of his stances on other issues, but this is downright heroic.
Upholding the constitution is not optional, it's mandatory.

Do you have to be from Europe to see why this is so important? I can not understand you Americans aren't going absolutely apeshit over this. Or is it just that the media has blacked it out? I mean this type of legislation granting power to the military and the president is only found in dictatorships. No wait there was 1 democracy that implemented such things in the past ... Germany in 1933 it was part of the Reichstagdecree implemented to protect against terrorists!!!
