ok well I need help asap! my daughter wants to be a mermaid for halloween so we attempted this today just as a practice run. I didnt have a fish net stocking but I used a bag that we bought of oranges same diff as the fishnet stocking.. Anyhow I tried several of my loos pigment colors and nothing would stick to her face really to make the coloring so is there a specific type of pigment I need to buy!

It's not the pigment, its what you're putting on her skin BEFORE you dust any eyeshadow or pigment. Did you put a cream based products or a primer? With nothing to "grab" the shadows, it'll just fall.
