I worked at subway for years. I can tell, from meeting jarod and reading all the facts about subway, they leave some stuff out. GUESS WHAT?? Jarrod walked 10 miles TO and BACK from a subway shop. That's 20 miles. ANYONE CAN WALK 20 MILES A DAY and lose weight. You could walk 20 miles and eat 2 pounds of chicken and lose weight.
