Doubts about the damage to Nicole. Damage to the car is all on her side, as it would be from the direction of the car into obstacles. She was left sitting because of the Volvo seatbelts, which also transfered the impacts to Nicole - 2:14: "laceration to right torso, blood loss and acute internal injuries, including rib fracture, subsequent pneumothorax" aka collapsed lung and so "blood oxygen levels extremely low, blood pressure is down" with kidney failure expected and other organs following.
