  • why oh why did the 'marketing manager' dress in jeans and a t-shirt for this video? SOOOO unprofessional... Chicago is a big, elegant city. Your 'manager' should dress like a 'manager' and not a college student. Very unimpressive

  • @pazzaz11 Unprofessional is snarking about how people dress.

Unprofessional is not understanding the environment.

Chicago elegant? Give us a break.

  • @pazzaz11 You got them on this one.

If I'm shelving out that kind of money, you better come correct, or I'll move to Halsted and Dan Ryan....what do you think.

  • Hey guys I think pazzaz11 got you on this one.

I'm going to pay $2000 plus a month for rental space under 1000 sq ft, you better show me something, and jeans ain't it. It's not going to work.

And Chicago elegant. This place is it elegant. Well dress accordingly.

On this one, and I follow your video's every week, but this one I agree with pazzaz.

And on more thing. I'm the guy In Detroit, and I'm moving to Chicago. Compared to Detroit, believe me Chicago is very elegant. Anyquestions

  • what floor is?

  • SLOPPY is NEVER acceptable in a PROFESSIONAL environment. I am well aware that the entire world has become casual, but there is a difference between sloppy and casual.

With your reply, are you REALLY expecting to rent apartments? You don't even know who I am and could be another realtor trying to bring in multiple renters. Perhaps you need to take a business communication course, as well.
