I'm going to pay $2000 plus a month for rental space under 1000 sq ft, you better show me something, and jeans ain't it. It's not going to work.
And Chicago elegant. This place is it elegant. Well dress accordingly.

SLOPPY is NEVER acceptable in a PROFESSIONAL environment. I am well aware that the entire world has become casual, but there is a difference between sloppy and casual.
With your reply, are you REALLY expecting to rent apartments? You don't even know who I am and could be another realtor trying to bring in multiple renters. Perhaps you need to take a business communication course, as well.
