  • It would be nice if you put a description of what is discussed in these roundtables.

  • I find this discussion very interesting because of its rich and informative quality. Nevertheless, the talk is not very convincing as far as psychoanalyzing a literary work is concerned. In my view, it's like squaring a circle; the (psycho)analysts cast upon an art form a hermetic net of symbolic significance which oftentimes ends up in the reduction of a work of art into a psychoanalytic case history, which is relevant for the analyst but not necessary for the understanding of art.
