i saw him last saturday and when they played milk thistle evereybody was spechles listining to the lyrics of the song it was magical.

I've never seen him live, I'm not sure if I would want to, there's something about concerts that's depressing, the whoel feeling of being insignificant in a crowd. So I can't really know how he is bcause my image of him is one that I've mostly created in my mind. Maybe I,d like the album more if I,d see him perform it like you said. I hope his next stuff will be more like the sadder songs he makes, at least the lyrics,because I listen to his music for it's poetic quality more than anything else.

@sayhell0 I agree completely. But I saw him a year ago and I wish I hadn't. I knew he might be a sad person, but I never thought he would be so depressed. He acted like he didn't want to be there, he got completely wasted, told the crowd to stop cheering for him, and spit his beer on a fan reaching out for a touch.

If you want to still keep your vision of the person he is, don't see him.
