you clearly have no idea what you are talking about. the tractor was in the wrong by being on a rally track, the farmer would have been the one paying damages, along with the rally marshalls getting shouted at...

@joeylad2k8 they always get fair warning if there is a planned race on that route, it's totally the farmer's fault if he chose not to abide... and many times compensation is paid to those who use the road for profitable activities such as farming. Chances are this farmer was just being ignorant thinking he could time it just right in between runs to get his tractor from point A to point B.
