Hit songwriter/inventor, Dana Merino, puts music and law together for the first time in a music video produced with a purpose like no other, as he seeks to protect himself against those who first sought his demise when conspiring to falsely imprison him. Merino was in a seven-years legal battle with Wilson Sporting Goods that climaxed in Wilson's conspiring with the Government to falsify a letter Merino sent Wilson. While they claimed it death-threatening, they used it to imprison Merino and further sought his demise when conspiring to sabotage his $10,000,000.00 "civil" suit while Merino sat helpless in prison.

It was at Merino's August, 2007 sentencing hearing that District Judge Robert Gettleman first freed him after a half years imprisonment at Chicago's Metropolitan Correctional Center, a.k.a. the "MCC," only to then ask Merino to write him a song. Since Merino's release from the "MCC," the Government/Wilson have harassed and tailed him and as they are guilty of conspiring to falsely imprison Merino and as all will then go to prison for these crimes, the Government has conspired to obstruct justice.

It was only after the Government compelled Judge Gettelman to not only obstruct Merino's appeal but his own motion to dismiss, that Merino "honored" the judges once benign request and went about setting music and legal history. This, when not only writing the "MCC" but when producing the music video wherein he presents the evidence Wilson, the Government and now Judge Gettleman seek to bury along with Merino while using the courts as a lethal weapon.

The "MCC" is not then a song and music video but an appeal "filed" in lieu of Merino's obstructed appeal and one in which he names "names" while calling out his imprisoners who cannot respond but via further conspiracies. The "MCC" exposes all and both Merino's song and video are meant to find justice while he presents evidence that demands the incarceration of those who conspired to incarcerate him.

While the "MCC" is the first song written to appeal a wrongful conviction and false imprisonment, the video is the first to tell a legal story via the exposing of physical evidence. For more than all other reasons, Merino wrote the unprecedented "MCC" and produced the equally unprecedented music video so to protect his life. This, because even as the desperate Merino has motioned the courts for court-ordered witness protection while begging the Government be investigated, the courts have stricken Merino's motions.
