I have printed on this machine since it was new, in sept -85. It is a little more work with a manually machine like this. To remove old printing plates AND mount new ones takes about 15 minutes. From this to production about 15 minutes more. My machine is equipped with "super blue" on transfer cylinders and since 2001 I use Toray water-less-printing. No dampening rollers needed. We also have a CTP witch gives wery high precision and minor adjustments needed in press. Max imp/day 32.000.

How hard it to run this press as it is mostly machanical with no automations I heard.
