I have an 07 G, I dont know why infiniti would change the sound from the old coupes.. those used to sound so amazing.

the new exhaust actually sound alot better while driving and when their warmed up

you gotta admit, its still pretty loud when u get the revs up, its just on the low end that its a bit quiet

I have the 08 6mt S. It's way too quiet. I wish they would have come up with something ballsier. but regardless, the car is a tremendous performer, and the 6mt S sedan is actually the lightest of the g35/37 cars (3520). about 150lbs lighter than a g37 coupe

i would imagine that the sedan has a quieter exhaust because its for a different audience. even though they are both somewhat aimed at luxury, the coupe is more like a sports car while the sedan is a car people can buy whether they are looking for sport or luxury

they use a different engine(vq35hr instead of the vq35de) in the new G's.

i love the new G,s they sound a lot more raspy and i love the 7,500 rev limiter.
