Training:
1.Bench Press - 1x5 @ 65%, 1x5 @ 75 %, 1x5 @ 85% (12)
2.DB Floor Press - 5x10, 1x as many reps as possible for time and also with mini band added.
3.5 round circuit (Dips, Machine Lateral raise, shrugs) - 10-20 reps each
4.Close Grip board work - 5 sets 5-10 reps, last set tricep death
5.Face Pulls - 5x15
Another very good workout today. Everyone seemed very focused and that really seems to help the intensity of the sessions. Lately I have been in a good groove stringing together some pretty solid training sessions along with completing all of my conditioning sessions. Today was pretty high volume after our main exercise and we moved through this pretty efficiently. If you are looking for a good way to hammer the triceps try doing tricep death at the end of a workout. Basically you start with a 1 board and do 5-10 reps add 2 board and do 5-10 more reps. You do this for 1 through 5 board. The 5 board we try and do as many reps as we can if we have anything left in the tank.
