Very good review - thanks.

I love the sound of the guitar. The higher strings really come through. I'd love to hear your opinion on the Taylor Grand Auditoriums.

Hi John,
Nice video. I mainly play classical guitar and I noticed you are an Orange County resident. Does the guitar shoppe in LB have a nice selection of classical guitars? I am also curious, have you tried the Yamaha NCX2000 which sells for about the same price as the Taylor?

I perform with mine through a California Blonde Acoustic amp. Sounds great!

Guitar Shoppe has several classical guitars in stock and probably one of the largest selection in OC. Thanks for your interest.

Would you play it through a electric guitar as in Strat/Les Paul amp or something more specific to a classical guitar??

Depends on the person. A PA system-type acoustic guitar amp is very clear and closer to the natural sound of course but I've heard people using Twin Reverb- type amps and they sounded different but good too.

great as always John. nice to know the neck is not as big as a traditional ns guitar. I've heard Bob Taylor describe it as a ns guitar for steel string players would you agree?

Electrified it's beautiful. If you're a tradition classical player it's not the same. The larger neck of the Spanish classical design carries the tone fully without the electronics. However, the Taylor has the easy playability with the refined dimensions.
