Coś w tym może i jest. Ale przede wszystkim chodzi tu o jednostkową postać Vadera - to taki tragiczny bohater, który zaprzepaścił cały swój talent i wszystkie możliwości, przechodząc na ciemną stronę mocy, a potem się niejako nawrócił. Takie postacie kochamy, prawda? Pamiętasz Greka Chilona Chilonidesa z Quo Vadis? ;)

Kiedy jakiś kraj jest silny i silnie rządzony wtedy i takie "hymny" są należycie odwzorowujące panującą sytuacje.

Polska tylko wtedy kiedy posiadała silną autorytarną władze czyli nie jako takiego złego imperialistycznego Piłsudskiego była silna.
Albo w latach swojej świetności z unii realnej z Litwą wtedy królowie mili silną władze i nie było że tolerancja czy inne takie bzdury.

Dlaczego prawie wszystkie imperialistyczne marsze albo motywy muzyczne "opisujące" bohaterów ciemnej strony mocy - są takie genialne? ;)

John Williams is easily one of the greatest composers who ever lived, and quite without a doubt in my mind the very greatest composer still living on the face of the planet.

Most of the movies he composed music for gave the film such feeling that they became blockbusters. I bet you can take a mediocre film and have John Williams redo the musical tracks and it would turn it into a much better movie.

spot on mirkwood, lucas's intention was to model the imperials after the nazi empire, the style the clone troopers march in is the style that nazi troops marched in, the uniform consept is similar, and the overall feel is just menacing....
