The Enercon E126 wind turbine has 126m rotor diameter (416 feet). They are difficult to install on many land-based wind farms, as the blades and tower sections are too big to fit on most roads. The limiting factor on wind turbine size right now is getting the parts to the wind farm, along with finding a big enough crane to assemble them, and getting it to the wind farm too. This is less of a problem for offshore wind farms.
