After 2 months, Bobs discount furniture finally delivered the girls new bed, I have deemed it the death trap. My wife was home watching our youngest and a friends kid while the delivery Guys "put it together". as you can see the staircase was not properly put together , thus creating a hazard.... Bob's Discount furniture (www.mybobs.com) said someone could come take a look later this week... until then, hope th(Dont worry, I'm not letting them anywhere near it)

Connecticut Better Business Rating is currently D-...None of Bob's stores within the state have applied to the BBB, but from number of customer complaints and type of complaints, this is their current rating...

@21April853BC No not at all what I am saying. My point was in this instance the blame is on the delivery team not the company. Unfortunately this means that as a representative for Bobs this particular team gave all a bad mark. Luckily half ass teams like this don't last long. For the most part these guys really care about their job and doing it right these poor folks just happened to pull the short straw.

OK the stuff isnt top of the line but what did you really expect from a joint with DISCOUNT in the title? That being said from the looks of this its not an error with the store or the manufacturer (which I will remind all reading they are not related in anyway) but with the delivery team themselves. I have built this very bed a few hundred times by now and have not heard of anyone getting trapped due to faulty components. Instead blame generally falls to neglect by delivery or abuse by customer

Oh man. I am so sorry. They sell such crap, but I'll tell you...Bob doesn't lie. If you read his product labels, he tells you EXACTLY what you're getting. I don't slight the man his business, but BOB...could you sell a better quality product?
EVERYONE! I know times are tough out there, but spend a little extra money somewhere else and you'll get a much better product. Unless all you are willing to settle for Bob's "...pure value".

Thats messed up man! When i got my delivery the drivers called the 'customer care office' after everything was set up and put me on with them to make sure everything was cool. Whny not refuse the delivery? or call them up and say they delivered busted stuff? was it set up liek that in the store? hell no! call em up and tell them to come fix it or get your $ back.
