Gamer; are you one?

Sorry I didn't speak up; also I didn't really touch base on all the discrimination that goes on in the gamer community. One that bothers me the most; and it's not just gamers. It's slandering people by age; crazy stuff. "You didn't grow up with atari so you can't be a gamer!" -- Generic Geek.

I think playing games is great, I personally dont play that many video games, though I used to. Some people play it extremely though, like day and night or most of their day and dont do anything else. I think we should play it just not enormous amount of times, what do you think?

@LindoKorchi I find these days with work and house chores I cannot find time to play many video games, and in my down time I spend more time online with people talking about games. I think anyone should govern their time with everything they do; like you said. I'm glad you responded, Thanks for your time.

When I think of gamers, I think of the people that spend hours and hours (not on facebook games or handheld game systems) playing one particular game until they are absolutly sick of it, or dont get sick of it at all, and keep buying into the same genre and do it all over again and really beat each game 100 percent, all secrets, boxes, levels, coins, weapons, cars, everything found!

I play MMO's and console games. I find MMOs more pleasant in the skill aspect since it's more of a relaxing thing though it can be a grind. Console games, they're fun for a while and then they're boring.
