dramatic monologue

Anna's mother died of cancer two weeks ago at a very young age. Anna's father sent her to a therapist to help deal with this tragic loss. anna does not like the idea of seeing a therapist, but she agrees to go to please her father. Here, she is speaking to the therapist....(enjoy!!!)

i find this weird, cause i am auditioning for the "Laramie Project" and this is the monologue i am using. good job, i use mine in a little more anger and sad. i had a friend who lost a loved one (father) and he talks to me and i just used him as my reference.

i thought this was really good and believable, just kind of wish there was different levels of voice variety like in some parts when it got more intense you should be getting louder and then at other times get softer so each line doesnt sound the same so we can see how hurt you are by your mom dying of cancer even if your unable to cry about it, but other than that i thought you had a strong piece and really good diction :)
