This is a short film on Marx Steamliners including the M10000 and M10005. It also includes a short segment on the American Flyer Zephyr 9900. Hope you enjoy

  • I have the Green and cream set with about 12 cars that came with it. It was my Grandfathers train

  • @polojize that would be a nice set! You should have fun with it!

  • Thanks RVnemo! It's one of my favorite videos! Merry Christmas!

  • Thanks RW! I did a little research and wrote a script which I read. I had fun doing the video. I still need to get a green and tan M10000 to add to the fleet!

  • Great looking retro layout! I love the tinplate streamliners and tubular track.

  • @Musicalcraft Thanks! I've been enjoying Marx tinplate for more than 10-years. Recently I've had some chances to run my trains at local shows! It is usually the most popular layout at the show and people comment that they love the looks, sound, and electric smell of these vintage trains. Thanks again for your nice comment.

  • WOW What a great video on the good old trains. Thanks for doing this.

  • Super video--really good and interesting narration....soundtrack is perfect...camera work is great and the streamliners are a lot of fun to watch--thanks a lot.

  • Makes me want to look into some streamlined Marx to go with my Lionel.

  • Awesome! one of the best looking GM Muscle Cars of the late sixties!

  • @philo426 That's no clone. It's a actual '69 442. It was made in Lansing, originally sold in Fremont, CA, and made it way down the coast until I bought it in San Luis Obispo. I'm the seventh owner. It almost completely original and I've been driving the tires off of it!
