Seems good .. but a flaw in my opinion is it doesn't appear to have 3D navigation. Is this true? And if so, are there plans to eventually include it via an update?

I've noticed that twice when you pressed the menu button on top it didn't respond the first time and you had to do it again. Honest video. what happens if you inadvertantly hit it while typing an address. Do you have to start over? or can you page back? These are things an inquiring mind needs to know.
