i just purchased cytogainer it looks very prominent but i am not totally sure when to use it.... jacob- i know i will def use it after weight lifting on friday but what bout for the plyos shouuld i still use it... as well as perfect pushup workout w/ abs shoudl i use cytogainer after that as well? basically i dont want any of that great stuff to go to waste=]

@villarico1347 i am 13 yrs old and i can touch rim (30 in vertical leap) i trained first with weights and now i am training with plyometrics.

i don't have casein protein and i don't want to buy one so is it ok if i drink a glass of milk before bed?

won't eating like that... taking protein getting alot of carbs and taking casein protein make you eat like a bodybuilder?
as vertical jump athletes, is it that important to be trying to get our muscles bigger rather than trying to be lean and still lift heavy weights?

lol, u need to jump more and be more explosive period to jump higher, go race your friends in a short distance foot race more often to get that explosive, check out my jump vid im 5'7 also
