Tegan wants to smother people with love... Part 1 (HQ)

Sara: How are you? How is everyone? How's everyone on the balcony? I'm just making sure there's enough oxygen. Sometimes when you're on the balcony they don't pump enough oxygen up there, we just have to check in, it's sorta like being in a mine. If you start to feel light headed or dizzy just let us know. (Someone shouts out "just lean over the edge!").
Tegan: Don't lean over the edge. Evil up here. Er this next song I wrote about, well, um, I'm sure some of the people in this room are too young to have had this moment yet but if we can all just take a moment and just remember the first time we fell in love, yeah, not a lot of people like to remember that, some people are in the midst of their first love and they think it's awesome and um, but I'm not talking about just puppy dog love, or grade three holding hands with your boyfriend love like I mean like you wake up next to somebody and you think to yourself you feel so much love for this person that I want to smother them, you know? Not because you want them dead but because you think to yourself you love them so much that I feel overwhelmed with emotion and I don't know what to do with myself so I'm going to put a pillow over their face. But not literally, but it's like a feeling where you want to stop time.
Sara: Ooo, creepy!
Tegan: No no no! I've never done that, but I, yeah... that's what this one's about.
