  • why does everyone think listening to avant-garde makes you pretentious?

  • suddenly happened

  • The personnel listing on the album is a little confusing. Not all the people listed above are on this track, and some of the players are not listed here. Carla Bley, Chico Freeman, Dave Liebman, Teo Macero and Michael Mantler are not on this track. Jamaaladeen Tacuma is playing bass, George Naha and Arto Lidsay are on guitars, and Lisa Herman is singing. I think Anton Fier was on drums.

  • Wonderful music!!!

  • @studiounto

You are 100% right. That shows that CAN were very à 'l'avant garde' ...

  • I can see how someone might hear this Pretentious but slop? I think not. Not with the likes of Laswell, Berroa, the Gonzalez brothers and many more. Thank you for these posts, please keep them coming. I have friends who either hate him or love him, but the're are so many more lovers than haters and thats the way it should be. thank you.

  • reminds me can's sound

  • Hanrahans first...........and he made many perfect more!!!

  • Great stuff!!
