Double Staff: Hand Isolations

Randomly I start out with some really mad ones and then move onto simpler ones. One of the later ones is Marcus Move. The whole madness with Hand Isolations is noels idea also, thou it took me a while to follow it through to all of the madness variations. Still not finished on that front.

There's also some bit and bobs of random other stuff in here, yeah.
