now it was with camera.sqs its on his tutorial.
just add this exec "camera.sqs" on a units init field and it will work

I know absolutely nothing about scripting. This entire video was done with Camera.sqs. The ONLY script used was a borrowed "IED.SQS" Script. I don't know how to script and I wish there was more information about ArmA scripting out there... (I know all the sites)
